Common use of MLA Clause in Contracts

MLA. This MLA shall have an “Initial Term” of five (5) years from the Effective Date. Thereafter, this MLA shall automatically renew under the terms and conditions contained herein for up to five (5) additional periods of five (5) years (each an "Extension Term") unless either Party provides prior written notice to the other Party of an intent not to renew the MLA at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of the Initial Term or the then-current Extension Term. The Initial Term and any Extension Term shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as the "Term.”
