Common use of Mixed Use Development Clause in Contracts

Mixed Use Development. The Developer shall design, construct, finance, operate and maintain on the Private Development Parcels a Mixed-Use Development (or, alternatively, the Developer shall cause the same to occur) in accordance with the Phase 1 Master Plan and the terms of this Development Agreement.
