The Contracting Officer may consider whether the Contactor had a Trafficking in Persons awareness program at the time of the violation as a mitigating factor when determining remedies. We look to the contractor to accomplish this by: Where possible, utilize environmentally friendly products. Where possible, promote energy-efficiency and water conservation. Where possible eliminate/reduce the production or generation of hazardous waste and the need for special material processing (including special handling, storage, treatment and disposal) (For Contracts covered by the SCA or DBA, applicable at the thresholds specified in those statutes or the FLSA, exceed the micro-purchase threshold) Executive Order 14026 – Increasing the Minimum Wage for Federal Contractors, and its implementing regulations, including the applicable contract clause, are incorporated by reference into this Contract as if fully set forth in this Contract.
