MISUSE OF DRUGS ACT. The Tenant shall ensure that no substances or drugs which are prohibited in terms of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and any other Statutes amending same, shall be kept within the Let Property. The Tenant hereby declares that he is the occupier of the Let Property for the purposes of the said Acts.
