Missing Persons Policy. Under federal law, the Resident has the right to confidentially register the name and contact information of an individual that the Resident would like to be contacted (within twenty-four (24) hours) if it is determined that Resident is missing from the campus and/or the Resident’s whereabouts are unknown for a period of twenty-four (24) hours or more.
