Common use of Missing Information Clause in Contracts

Missing Information. Licensee will have [***] following receipt of the Toxicity Package to notify ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in writing if Licensee in good faith believes that any required information is missing from the Toxicity Package (a “Missing Information Notice”), which Missing Information Notice will identify with reasonable detail the missing information.
