Common use of Missing Information Clause in Contracts

Missing Information. If the policy has not been issued at the time of signing this Agreement, then the insured agrees the name of the insurance company, and the policy numbers of the insurance policies may be left blank and may be subsequently inserted in this Agreement. AFCO will notify the insured of this information on its written Notice of Acceptance.
