Miscellaneous Pricing Terms. 4.1 Prices for Grand & Toy products shall be determined by converting the prices set forth in this exhibit to Canadian dollars using the exchange rate set forth in the Wall Street Journal on the last business day of the previous month. Payments shall be made in Canadian currency.
