Common use of Miscellaneous Documents Clause in Contracts

Miscellaneous Documents. Seller shall, whenever and as often as it shall be reasonably requested so to do by Purchaser, and Purchaser shall, whenever and as often as it shall be reasonably requested so to do by Seller, execute, acknowledge and deliver, or cause to be executed, acknowledged and delivered, any and all conveyances, assignments and all other instruments and documents as may be reasonably necessary in order to complete the transaction herein provided and to carry out the intent and purposes of this Agreement.
