The 'Miscarriages' clause defines how situations involving the loss of a pregnancy are addressed within the context of the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the rights and responsibilities of the parties if a miscarriage occurs, such as notification requirements, potential medical support, or the impact on contractual obligations like surrogacy or employment.
