MIS Reporting. Service Level Description Measurement Availability and Performance Report Provide monthly SLA compliance reports, monitoring and maintenance related MIS reports by the 5th of the following month. This service level will be monitored on a monthly basis. If the monthly SLA compliance report related to the service level metrics is not provided in the given timeframe, it will be treated as one (1) instance. The total number of instances for the six-month period will be the cumulative number of instances across all the months in the six month period.   • Progress Reporting 5. The IP will submit to UNICEF narrative progress reports against the planned activities contained in the Programme Document, using the PDPR. No other method of reporting is acceptable unless agreed to by the Parties in writing. Failure to report all sales pursuant to this provision may result in immediate cancellation of Vendor’s TIPS Contract(s) for cause at TIPS’ sole discretion.

  • Tax Reporting (1) Prepare and file on a timely basis appropriate federal and state tax returns including, without limitation, Forms 1120/8613, with any necessary schedules.
