All costs relating to the carrying out of any surveys of the Property or any portion thereof and of any geophysical, geochemical and geological surveys; drilling, assaying, metallurgical testing and bulk sampling; and engaging in or commissioning any pre-feasibility or bankable feasibility studies, environmental reports and pilot plant operations.
