Minimum Work Time. (This Section applies to all employees except commissioned sales representatives.)
Minimum Work Time. (a) Initial Call-Outs - When an employee is called out initially for duty during non- scheduled hours not continuous with the employeeʼs regular schedule of hours and such call-outs occur: (1) between 6 A.M. and midnight, the minimum work time paid for shall be two hours at the appropriate overtime rate. (2) between midnight and 6 A.M., the minimum work time paid for shall be two hours at the appropriate overtime rate plus two hours at straight time.
Minimum Work Time. Call Back 1. No employee, except cafeteria personnel, shall be called for less than four (4) hours work in any one day except by mutual agreement among the employee, the District and the Union. Clearance for such employment will be obtained by the District through the business representative of the Service EmployeesInternational Union, Local 925.
