MINIMUM WAGES ACT. Contractor shall comply with all the provisions of the Minimum Wages Act 1948, Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) act, 1970 and rules framed thereunder and other labour laws affecting Contract Labour that may be brought into force from time to time.
