Minimum Volume Commitment. The RL shall submit Requests totaling not less than one hundred and ninety-seven (197) NBAP Connections during the twenty-four (24) month period commencing from the Commencement Date (“Request Window”). This requirement shall hereafter be referred to as the “Minimum Volume Commitment”. For the avoidance of doubt, NLT shall have no obligation to accept any Requests submitted after the expiry of the Request Window and any Requests submitted after the expiry of the Request Window shall not count toward fulfilment of the Minimum Volume Commitment.
