Minimum Usage Required Clause Samples

The "Minimum Usage Required" clause establishes a baseline level of use or purchase that a party must meet under the agreement. Typically, this means the customer or licensee is obligated to buy or utilize a certain quantity of goods, services, or resources within a specified period, such as a minimum number of software licenses per year or a set volume of product orders each quarter. This clause ensures predictable revenue or utilization for the provider and protects against underuse that could undermine the business arrangement.
Minimum Usage Required. Employees shall be required to use a minimum of two weeks (10 days) of earned time each year.
