Minimum Temperature Clause Samples
The Minimum Temperature clause sets a specific lower temperature threshold that must be maintained or not breached during the performance of certain activities or the operation of equipment. In practice, this clause may require that heating systems keep a facility above a set temperature, or that materials are not stored or transported below a certain degree to prevent damage. Its core function is to ensure safety, protect property, or maintain product quality by preventing exposure to potentially harmful low temperatures.
