Common use of Minimum Subscriptions Clause in Contracts

Minimum Subscriptions. The aggregate of all Investors' Investment Amounts delivered to the Escrow Agent in accordance with Section 2.2 and the Escrow Agreement shall not be less than $10,000,000.
