Minimum Subscriptions Clause Samples

Minimum Subscriptions. The Company shall have received binding subscriptions for at least the Minimum Offering.

Minimum Subscriptions. The aggregate of all Investors’ Investment Amounts delivered to the Company in accordance with this Agreement shall not be less than $7,000,000; and

Minimum Subscriptions. The aggregate of all Investors' Investment Amounts delivered to the Escrow Agent in accordance with Section 2.2 and the Escrow Agreement shall not be less than $10,000,000.

Minimum Subscriptions. The aggregate of the Investors’ Investment Amount shall not be less than $2,500,000.

Minimum Subscriptions. The Company shall have received and accepted in the Offering valid subscriptions for Preferred Shares from stockholders and Standby Purchasers aggregating not less than $5.5 million which shall not trigger the IRC 382 Limitation.

Minimum Subscriptions. The Company shall have received binding subscriptions for at least 30 Units.
