Minimum Signage Sample Clauses

Minimum Signage. At or near the entrance to the Merchant-User’s retail premise, the Merchant-User shall place a minimum of two signs, each no smaller than six square feet, advertising the availability of, and encouraging the use of, online ordering on the Merchant Site. Each of the signs shall be posted in a place conspicuous to persons entering or leaving the premise. ShopHero retains the option of providing the signage which shall be displayed by Merchant-User.
