WIRELESS MINIMUM SERVICE TERM REQUIREMENT Sample Clauses

The Wireless Minimum Service Term Requirement clause establishes a mandatory minimum period during which a customer must maintain their wireless service contract. Typically, this means that the customer is obligated to continue service for a set number of months, and early termination may result in fees or penalties. This clause ensures that the service provider can recoup costs associated with device subsidies or initial setup, and it provides predictability in customer retention.
