Common use of Minimum Royalty Clause in Contracts

Minimum Royalty. Provided, however, in no event shall the royalty due under this lease be less than One Dollar ($1.00) per pound of the U308 (yellow cake) and Forty Cents ($0.40) per pound of the BeO (beryllium oxide), contained in the ore produced from leased premises.
