11.11.2.5.2. Public Liability Insurance shall not be less than the liability amounts set forth in the New Mexico Tort Claims Act, §41-4-1 et seq. NMSA 1978, as it now exists or may be amended.
Minimum Required Coverage. The amounts and types of insurance shall conform to the following minimum requirements with the use of Insurance Service Office (ISO) policies, forms, and endorsements or broader where applicable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the wording of all policies, forms, and endorsements must be acceptable to LESSOR.
