MINIMUM PAY PROVISIONS. SECTION 1. No operator shall be required to take an extra special or emergency run which leaves and returns to the garage for less than two (2) hours paid time. SECTION 2. All employees will be paid one dollar ($1.00) per hour in addition to the regular straight time hourly rate of pay during such time as they may be required to instruct trainees. To qualify for this pay, a trainer must meet all criteria set forth by management. SECTION 3. Any employee accumulating a total of eighty (80) hours of training in any twelve (12) month period shall receive one (1) day off with pay. The day off will be the employee’s choice so long as the company has sufficient help to cover the absence.
