Common use of Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio Clause in Contracts

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers shall not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.05 to 1.00, measured as of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter for the prior four fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio.

The Borrowers As of each Fiscal Quarter end (commencing with September 30, 2020), the Borrower shall not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, on a consolidated Pro Forma Basis, to be less than 1.05 1.25 to 1.00, measured as of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter for the prior four fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers shall not permit the Borrowers’ Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.05 to 1.00, measured as of at the last day end of each Fiscal Quarter for the prior four fiscal quarters subject shall not be less than 1.10 to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio1.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers shall not permit the Maintain a Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio of not less than 1.25:1.00, such ratio to be less than 1.05 to 1.00, measured as of calculated at each Borrower fiscal quarter end on the last day of each Fiscal Quarter for the prior four fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage RatioAdjusted Four Quarterly Basis.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers shall Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio Ratio, determined as of the end of each of its fiscal quarters for the period of four (4) consecutive fiscal quarters ending with the end of such fiscal quarter, all calculated for the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis, to be less than 1.05 1.25 to 1.00, measured as of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter for the prior four fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers Commencing with the last day of the fifth fiscal quarter to begin after the Effective Date and for each fiscal quarter thereafter, the Domestic Borrower and its Subsidiaries shall not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.05 1.125 to 1.00, measured as of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter for the prior four fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio1.0.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers shall not permit Permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio Ratio, at the end of any fiscal quarter, to be less than 1.05 to 1.00, measured as of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter for the prior four fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio1.50:1.00.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers Borrower shall not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than (a) 1.25 to 1 at the end of any Fiscal Quarter through and including the first Fiscal Quarter of Fiscal Year 2005 and (b) 1.05 to 1.00, measured as 1 at the end of the last day of each any Fiscal Quarter for the prior four fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratiothereafter.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers Borrower shall not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.05 to 1.00, measured as 1.50:1.00 (a) for the period consisting of the last day of each one Fiscal Quarter ending ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, ▇▇▇▇, (▇) for the prior period consisting of two consecutive Fiscal Quarters ending June 30, 2014, (c) for the period consisting of three consecutive Fiscal Quarters ending September 30, 2014 and (b) for each period consisting of four fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratioconsecutive Fiscal Quarters ending thereafter.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers shall not permit Permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio Ratio, at the end of such fiscal quarter, to be less than 1.05 to 1.00, measured as of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter for the prior four fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio1.50:1.00.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers shall not permit Permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio Ratio, as at the end of any fiscal quarter to be less than 1.05 to 1.00, measured 1.25:10 as of the last day end of each Fiscal Quarter for the prior four any fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratioquarter.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers shall not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.05 to 1.00, measured as of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter for the prior four fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Maintain an annual minimum fixed charge coverage ratio (“Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio”) of not less than 1.5:1.00 as of the end of each fiscal year quarter on a rolling four quarters basis, beginning June 30, 2015.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers shall not permit Maintain (A) at the end of each fiscal quarter of the REIT and (B) on the date of each Advance (both before and after giving effect to such Advance), a Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be of not less than 1.05 to 1.00, measured as of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter for the prior four fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio1.40:1.00.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers shall not permit For the Fiscal Quarter ending as of the date set forth above, the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.05 to is _____:1.00, measured as of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter for the prior four fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers shall not permit the Borrower will maintain their Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be in an amount not less than 1.05 to 1.00, measured 1.10 : 1.00 as at the end of each fiscal monthly period of the last day of Borrowers, based on the three month period ending on each Fiscal Quarter for the prior four fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratiodate.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers As of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter of the Borrower commencing with the Fiscal Quarter ending June 30, 2014, the Borrower shall not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.05 1.65 to 1.00, measured as of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter for the prior four fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers shall not permit Permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.05 to 1.00, measured as 2.50 at the end of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter for the prior four any fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratioquarter.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers shall not permit will, as of the end of each fiscal quarter, maintain a Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.05 to 1.00, measured as of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter for the prior four fiscal quarters subject then ended of not less than the 1.10 to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio1.00.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers shall not permit will, as of the end of each fiscal year, maintain a Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.05 to 1.00, measured as of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter for the prior four fiscal quarters subject then ended of not less than the 1.10 to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio1.00.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers shall not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.05 (i) 1.35 to 1.00, measured 1.00 as of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter for of the prior first four (4) fiscal quarters subject ending after the Closing Date or (ii) 1.50 to adjustments to such measurement period 1.00 as set forth in of the definition last day of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratioeach fiscal quarter thereafter.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers As of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter of the Borrower commencing with the Fiscal Quarter ending September 30, 2014, the Borrower shall not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.05 1.65 to 1.00, measured as of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter for the prior four fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers Borrower shall not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.05 to 1.00, measured calculated as of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter for the prior four fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement calculation period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers shall not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.05 to 1.00, measured as of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter for the prior four fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Borrower will maintain its Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, determined on a consolidated basis as at the end of each fiscal quarter on a rolling four quarter basis, at not less than 1.25 to 1.00.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers shall Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio Ratio, for any period of four consecutive fiscal quarters ending on the last day of any fiscal quarter (commencing with the fiscal quarter ending June 30, 2016) to be less than 1.05 2.50 to 1.00, measured as of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter for the prior four fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers and their Subsidiaries on a Consolidated basis shall not permit have, at the end of each Fiscal Quarter, a Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be of not less than 1.05 to 1.00, measured as of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter for the prior four fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio1.15:1.00.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers shall not permit the Permit its Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.05 to 1.00, measured as of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter for the prior four fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratiotrailing twelve (12) month period.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers Borrower shall not permit have at the end of each Fiscal Quarter and Fiscal Year, a Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be for the previous four (4) Fiscal Quarters then ended of not less than 1.05 to 1.00, measured as of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter for the prior four fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio1.25:1.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers As of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter of the Borrower (commencing with the Fiscal Quarter ending March 31, 2018), the Borrower shall not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.05 (i) during the Adjustment Period, 1.25 to 1.00 and (ii) thereafter, 1.65 to 1.00, measured as of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter for the prior four fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers shall Borrower will not permit permit, as of the end of each fiscal quarter of Borrower ending on or after December 31, 2008, the Borrower’s Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.05 1.25 to 1.00, measured as of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter for the prior four fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio1.0.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers Borrower shall not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.05 to 1.00not, measured as of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter for fiscal quarter of the prior four fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in Borrower, permit the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage RatioRatio at such time to be less than 3.00 to 1.0.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers shall Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.05 (a) 1.00 to 1.001.00 for the period of four consecutive fiscal quarters ending on April 30, measured as 2017 or (b) 1.10 to 1.00 for any period of four consecutive fiscal quarters ending on the last day of each Fiscal Quarter for the prior four fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratioquarter thereafter.

Minimum Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrowers shall not Not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio Ratio, as measured on a rolling four quarter basis, to be less than 1.05 1.20 to 1.00, measured 1.0 as of the last day end of each Fiscal Quarter, commencing as of Fiscal Quarter for the prior four fiscal quarters subject to adjustments to such measurement period as set forth in the definition of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratioending September 30, 2022.
