Minimum Equity Ratio. ▇▇▇▇ shall at all times from (and including) the time when it has acceded to this Agreement as a Replacement Guarantor in accordance with Clause 28.2 (▇▇▇▇ as Replacement Guarantor) have a ratio of Book Equity to Total Assets greater than 30%.
