Common use of Minimum Criteria Clause in Contracts

Minimum Criteria. The minimum criteria for adding additional Members (“Additional Members”) to the CWC are as follows: 1. The total number of all Members (including both original Members and Additional Members) shall not exceed ten. The total number of all Commissioners entitled to vote on matters before the Board also shall not exceed ten; 2. Each Additional Member must be a governmental entity located in Salt Lake County or Summit County; 3. Each Additional Member must have a common border with the boundary of the CWC specified in the ▇▇▇ or have legal jurisdiction within such boundary of the CWC; and 4. Except for Salt Lake County, which the ▇▇▇ permits to have two Commissioners, no Member shall have more than one individual representing it on the Board.
