Minimum Buys Clause Samples

In practice, this means the buyer is obligated to meet or exceed a certain purchase threshold, such as ordering at least 1,000 units annually or spending a minimum dollar amount per quarter. This clause ensures the seller receives a predictable level of business, reducing uncertainty and helping to justify investments in production or inventory.
