Common use of Minimum Bonus Clause in Contracts

Minimum Bonus. The Company will pay to Executive a "Minimum Bonus" of Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000), less all applicable withholdings, which will be paid monthly for 12 months. The Minimum Bonus will be a part of any Bonus earned as contemplated under Section 2.2 above.
