MINIMUM ANNUITY BENEFIT PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS. If the Annuity Payment Option chosen results in payments of less than $50 from any Variable Sub-account and/or a fixed annuity benefit payment of less than $50, the frequency will be changed so that payments will be at least $50.
