Common use of Minimum Amount Clause in Contracts

Minimum Amount. No transfer may be consummated pursuant to this Section 8.17(A) (other than a transfer by any Bank to an Affiliate of such Bank) in an aggregate amount less than (a) Five Million and 00/100 Dollars ($5,000,000.00) or (b) if such Bank's Commitment is at any time less than Five Million and 00/100 Dollars ($5,000,000.00), the entire amount of such Bank's Commitment.

Minimum Amount. No transfer may be consummated pursuant to this Section 8.17(A) (other than a transfer by any Bank to an Affiliate affiliate of such Bank) in an aggregate amount less than (a) Five Million and 00/100 Dollars ($5,000,000.00) or (b) if such Bank's Commitment is at any time less than Five Million and 00/100 Dollars ($5,000,000.00), the entire amount of such Bank's Commitment.
