Common use of Minimum Advances Clause in Contracts

Minimum Advances. Each Prime Rate Advance (other than a Swingline Advance) shall be in an aggregate amount (as to all relevant Lenders) of not less than Cdn$10,000,000, and each US Base Rate Advance (other than a Swingline Advance) shall be in an aggregate amount (as to all relevant Lenders) of not less than US$10,000,000. Each NY Prime Rate Advance shall be in an aggregate amount (as to all relevant Lenders) of not less than US$5,000,000. Each SOFR Advance shall be in an aggregate amount (as to all relevant Lenders) of not less than US$5,000,000 and in an integral multiple of US$100,000.
