Common use of Military Deployment Clause in Contracts

Military Deployment. Student must provide a copy of the military orders for deployment or other required relocation as an active member of the U.S. Armed Services to DHRL. Military deployment or other required relocation terminates this Agreement for any semesters commencing after the deployment date, and DHRL will refund a portion of the rent for the semester Student deploys, based upon Student’s move out date.
