Middlesex Community. College students interested in participating in this agreement should be advised to take the suggested liberal arts courses. These courses are required at the University of Massachusetts Xxxxxx and students are advised to complete them as part of their Associate Degree. This agreement shall remain in effect for a period of three years from the date listed below, with the provision that the terms specified herein will continue to apply to students admitted from Middlesex Community College’s AAS Biotechnology Technician degree within one year of the expiration of the agreement. Each institution agrees to provide timely notice to the other in the event of any modification to the curriculum that might affect compatibility for admission and transfer of coursework. This agreement may be subject to change, with notification, if curriculum requirements change at either institution. Students admitted to the Middlesex Community College’s AS Biotechnology Technician degree program prior to such notification shall be admitted to the University of Massachusetts Lowell on the basis of this agreement. Middlesex Community. College agrees to regularly communicate information regarding this agreement to students via email and direct mail (costs to be incurred by SNHU), via Middlesex Community College website, and to host SNHU representatives on campus for recruitment activities during the academic school year. Middlesex Community College agrees to allow access to ADN alumni director information as defined by MCC MCC pursuant to FERPA for direct advertising efforts. SNHU agrees to collaborate with Middlesex Community College to promote this agreement and provide support services including information for advising and transition services.

  • New York State Statewide Financial System New York State Statewide Financial System (SFS) went live for NYS agencies in April 2012. Future SFS procurement functionality envisions the ability to fully host Contract catalogs, to integrate Contractor-hosted punch-out catalogs, and/or to submit and process invoices electronically. OGS reserves the right to integrate any or all of these future catalog functions with a Contractor during the contract period, and by submittal of a Vendor Submission, a Vendor agrees to coordinate with SFS, OGS and/or a third party host, for integration, if OGS exercises its right to do so. No costs or expenses associated with providing information and integration shall be charged to NYS. Technical Requirements for the data elements, such as data types, maximum field lengths, and cXML element names shall be provided by SFS, OGS and/or a third party host during integration.   • Health Care The Company will reimburse the Executive for the cost of maintaining continuing health coverage under COBRA for a period of no more than 12 months following the date of termination, less the amount the Executive is expected to pay as a regular employee premium for such coverage.
