MICROWAVE. These appliances shall remain the property of the Landlord.
MICROWAVE. XXXXX EAST -------------------- o WIRELESS COMPONENTS, NETWORKS AND INSTRUMENTS. Exclusive Xxxxx products are meeting the wireless industry's needs with key products for cellular, ESMR, SMR, PCS and paging applications. These products include communication antenna test sets (CATS) that provide the complete solution to cell site antenna monitoring and power measurement; CellGuard(Trademark) Power/VSWR Monitors - precise in-line instruments for monitoring transmitter antennas; and state-of-the-art dual receiver multicouplers and hybrid Tx combiners and combining networks.
MICROWAVE. Subject to all applicable codes and legal restrictions, Landlord grants to Tenant the right to install, operate and maintain on the roof of the Building at all times during the Term, up to but not more than three microwave dishes, each not to exceed 8 feet in diameter, and up to but not more than six whip antennas. The microwave dishes and whip antennas shall be installed at locations selected by Tenant and approved by Landlord (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed) and shall be compatible with the design requirements of the Building. To the extent permitted by law, Landlord shall prohibit the installation of any additional microwave dishes, antennae or towers to the roof of the Building which will interfere with Tenant's microwave dishes or antennae. In addition, Tenant shall have the right to construct equipment enclosures at locations to be approved by Landlord for accommodation of such microwave dishes and antennae installed on said roof, if required by Tenant which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Tenant shall have the right to install necessary conduit and sleeving from the roof to the point of connection in the Premises. All work for installation of said microwave dishes and whip antennae shall be performed in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 10 of this Lease, specifically including, without limitation, the right of Landlord to approve Tenant's plans and specifications and the right of Landlord to supervise such installations, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, and which supervision will be reasonable and will not interfere with the progress of such installations. The installation, operation, maintenance and removal of said dishes and antennae shall be at Tenant's sole cost, liability and expense (and such costs shall not be included for purposes of determining Landlord's $15 per square foot buildout cost under Paragraph C of the Work Agreement). Tenant agrees to obtain all necessary federal, state, and local licenses and permits necessary to install, operate and maintain said dishes and antennae.   • Smoke Detectors At Owner's expense, smoke detectors will be installed on the Property in working condition in accordance with the law prior to the tenant's occupancy. During the occupancy, it shall be the tenant's responsibility to maintain all smoke detectors. Owner will replace smoke detector equipment as needed.

  • Cameras For purposes of this section, all components of the Tribal Lottery System, except wiring, cables, and conduit in which they are located, shall have the ability to be effectively and clandestinely monitored and recorded by means of a closed circuit television system or digital surveillance system in accordance with Appendix A and as authorized by TGA and SGA, in compliance with the requirements of the Compact.

  • Electrical Provide drawings for the following systems:

  • Telecommunications Equipment At any time during the Lease Term, subject to the terms of this Lease, Tenant may, (i) install, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, two (2) communications dishes of up to 24" in diameter, or one (1) communications antenna or comparable communications equipment upon the roof of the Building not to exceed 48" in height, (ii) use the Building telecommunications rooms and risers to install (A) two (2) two inch (2") diameter ridged metal conduits from the Building MPOE to the Premises, and (B) one (1) two inch (2") conduit from the Premises to the roof for connection of Tenant's rooftop equipment to the Premises (all such equipment, installations and connections, collectively, the "Telecommunications Equipment"). The use of such areas of the Building for the installation of the Telecommunications Equipment shall be for the sole use of Tenant in connection with its business in the Premises, and shall be without the payment of any additional Base Rent or Direct Expenses with respect thereto. The physical appearance and all specifications of the Telecommunications Equipment shall be subject to Landlord's reasonable approval, the location of any such installation of the Telecommunications Equipment shall be designated by Landlord (subject to Tenant's reasonable approval), and Landlord may require Tenant to install screening around such Telecommunications Equipment, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, as reasonably designated by Landlord. Tenant shall be responsible, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, for (i) obtaining all permits or other governmental approvals required in connection with the Telecommunications Equipment (including, without limitation, approval by the Federal Aviation Administration), (ii) installing, repairing and maintaining and causing the Telecommunications Equipment to comply with all Applicable Laws, and (iii) prior to the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, removal of the Telecommunications Equipment and all associated wiring, and the restoration of all affected areas of the Building to the condition existing prior to the installation thereof, including restoration of any roof penetrations. The Telecommunications Equipment shall constitute Specialty Improvements for purposes of Section 8.5 of this Lease.

  • Speed The relative importance we attach is “high”.
