Micro Learning Training. The goal of the Micro Learning Training (MLT) is to reinforce content from the updated Instructor-Led Training curriculum with a particular focus on improving safety at WSH. Drawing primarily from the approved modernized Instructor-Led Training courses, Contractor shall develop twenty-four (24) Micro Learning Training sessions, each of which shall be approximately ten (10) to fifteen (15) minutes in delivered content length and suitable for online completion and tracking through the Washington State Learning Management System (LMS), or other on line Training venue approved by WSH.
