M.I. T. hereby represents that it owns title to the Patent Rights and Tangible Property and that it has the right to grant licenses to such Patent Rights and Tangible Property subject only to a royalty-free nonexclusive license to the Patent Rights heretofore granted to the United States Government.
M.I. T. hereby grants to Licensee the right and license for Field of Use One, Field of Use Two, and Field of Use Three to practice under the Patent Rights and, to the extent not prohibited by other patents, to make, have made, use, lease, sell and import Licenses Products and to practice the Licensed Processes, until the expiration of the last to expire of the Patent Rights, unless this Agreement shall be sooner terminated according to the terms hereof.
M.I. T. hereby represents and warrants that, to its knowledge and with inquiry, it has not granted any licenses to any of the PATENT RIGHTS other than by means of the 12/22/93 LICENSE AGREEMENT.
