MFMP Transaction Fee. The State of Florida, through the Department of Management Services (DMS), has instituted MFMP, a statewide e- procurement system. Pursuant to Rule 60A-1.031, Florida Administrative Code, payments under this Contract are exempt from the MFMP transaction fee.
