Metrological standards. Each Party shall, as far as practicable, ensure the traceability of its metrological standards in accordance with the recommendations of the International Bureau of Weights and Measures (BIPM) and the International Organization of Legal Metrology (OIML), complying with the principles established in this Chapter.
