Methods for referral. 1. Through ongoing cross-training with all partners, Resource Room staff have knowledge of basic eligibility requirements for each program to make knowledgeable referrals. 2. The Operator convenes monthly Partner Forum meetings to provide program updates. PARTNER agrees to participate in cross-training and to take a turn in hosting the Forum which allows time to highlight services, provide information beyond basic eligibility, and answer questions. This information exchange helps to coordinate services by encouraging partner- to-partner referrals and discussing opportunities for client co-enrollment. 3. Referrals are made through NEworks for Nebraska Department of Labor affiliated programs/partners and by less formal means such as by email for other partners. 4. The goal of the GLWDB is the development of a statewide technology-based referral system accessible to all partners and the Board is willing to participate to make this happen.
