METHOD OF ACCEPTANCE OR REJECTION OF TRIAL RUN RESULT. (a) Upon notification of the SELLER of the completion of the Trial Run of the VESSEL, the BUYER or the BUYER’s Supervisor shall within ten (10) days thereafter, notify the SELLER in writing or by telefax of its acceptance of the VESSEL TRIAL RUN RESULT or of its rejection of the VESSEL TRIAL RUN RESULT together with the reasons therefor.
