Method Except. for Communications pursuant to Clause 9, which shall be made or given in accordance with Clause 9.20, any Communication may be given, delivered, made or served (as the case may be) under or in relation to this Agreement by letter or fax and shall be in the English language and sent addressed:- 16.1.1 in the case of any of the Finance Parties to the Agent at its address at the head of this Agreement (fax no: +▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇) marked for the attention of: Credit Administration; and 16.1.2 in the case of the Borrower to the Communications Address; or to such other address or fax number as the Agent or the Borrower may designate for themselves by written notice to the others.
