Common use of Method and Effect of Redemption Clause in Contracts

Method and Effect of Redemption. (a) If the Company elects to redeem Notes pursuant to Section 3.01 or Section 4.14(e), it shall furnish to the Trustee, at least two Business Days (or such shorter period as the Trustee may agree) before the notice of redemption is required to be mailed or caused to be mailed to Holders pursuant to Section 3.01 or Section 4.14(e), notification setting forth (i) the paragraph or subparagraph of such Note and/or Section of this Indenture pursuant to which the redemption shall occur, (ii) the redemption date, (iii) the principal amount of the Notes to be redeemed and (iv) the redemption price.
