Meter Retesting. Either Party may from time to time request a retest of the meters and/or submeters if it reasonably believes that one or more of them are not accurate within the tolerance limits established by the Transmission Provider [or the interconnecting Gas pipeline], as applicable. The requesting Party shall pay for any such retest and shall provide the other Party with not less than 14 days prior Notice of such retest.
