Seals Not Intact: If the receiving Depot does not have temperature compensated meters at the discharge location, and if the seals on the bridging vehicle are not intact, then the product is not to be received by the receiving Depot. The Host must immediately inform the replenishing Party of the non-compliance, and the Tenant must advise the Transporter what to do with the load.
