REPLENISHMENTS BY ROAD. 8.2.1 Where a Tenant replenishes Product by road, the risk in the Product passes from the Tenant to the Host at the flange from the bridging vehicle at the receiving Depot. The transfer volume will depend on the confirmation of installation of temperature compensated meters at the Depot.

  • Particular Methods of Procurement of Goods and Works International Competitive Bidding. Goods and works shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of International Competitive Bidding.
