Metal Surfaces Clause Samples

Typically, this clause outlines acceptable materials, preparation methods, and coatings to prevent corrosion or ensure durability, such as specifying the use of galvanized steel or requiring certain types of paint or sealant. Its core function is to ensure that all metal components meet quality and longevity expectations, thereby reducing maintenance needs and preventing premature failure due to environmental exposure.
