Merger Sub Obligations. Parent shall cause Merger Sub to comply with all of its obligations under this Agreement. During the period from the date of this Agreement through the Effective Time, except as expressly provided in this Agreement, Merger Sub shall not, and Parent shall not permit Merger Sub to, conduct any business or undertake any activities except as required to perform its express obligations hereunder.
