Merger or Consolidation of Agent. Any corporation into which the Administrative Agent may be merged or with which it may be consolidated, or any corporation resulting from any merger or consolidation to which the Administrative Agent shall be a party, or any corporation succeeding to the corporate trust business of the Administrative Agent, shall be the successor of the Administrative Agent under this Agreement, provided such corporation shall be eligible under the provisions of Section 14.10, without the execution or filing of any instrument or any further act on the part of any of the parties to this Agreement, anything in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding.
