Common use of Merger of the Agent Clause in Contracts

Merger of the Agent. Any Person into which the Agent may be merged or converted or with which it may be consolidated, or any Person surviving or resulting from any merger, conversion or consolidation to which the Agent shall be a party or any Person succeeding to the commercial banking business of the Agent, shall be the successor Agent without the execution or filing of any paper or any further act on the part of any of the parties.
